Refund Policy

Al-Bahth strives to provide a valuable learning experience for all scholars seeking to expand their knowledge. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore offer a fair refund policy for our programs.

Full Refunds

  • Program Cancellation by Al-Bahth: In the event that Al-Bahth cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Partial Refunds

  • Withdrawal Before Program Start: A full refund will be granted if a participant withdraws from the program at least [Number] days before the program start date. If a participant withdraws within [Number] days of the program start date, a [Percentage]% refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within [Number] business days of receiving the withdrawal request.

No Refunds

  • Withdrawal After Program Start: Unfortunately, refunds will not be granted for withdrawals after the program start date. This includes situations where a participant is unable to complete the program due to personal reasons or lack of engagement.

Exceptions

  • Special Circumstances: Al-Bahth may consider issuing a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for registration. Please allow [Number] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
